A typical VoIP assessment will entail an initial phone conversation where we will ask some basic questions about your current phone system. We will then setup a site visit where we can do a deep-dive into how your phone is setup and then perform a network test to see if you are a good candidate for a VoIP phone system. If you are not VoIP ready, we will discuss the steps necessary to get your system up to speed. Most businesses are VoIP ready if they have high speed internet.
Typically, a VoIP phone system is vastly less expensive than a traditional phone system. There is very little hardware required and phone maintenance is much more straight forward.
Switching to a VoIP phone system can vary depending on how many phones your office requires and if you have multiple offices. For example, a single office with 10 phones or so will take approximately 30 days for a switch over to a VoIP phone system.
