In the five months that I have been with Exagen, I have been favorably impressed with the service they provide. I have requested a number of changes to our systems infrastructure – Envision IT has made good suggestions for achieving the intended effect, defined the actions required and then implemented changes effectively. I appreciate their consistent focus on best utilizing existing assets in order to expand our capacity and capabilities. Their recommendations for changes have been specific to our environment and consider our budgetary realities.

At the onset of our contract, EnvisionlT assessed our town wide computer use and equipment (Administration, Police and Fire Department, Municipal Court and Library) and quickly brought each department into compliance with our needs for use, dependability and security. They have worked closely with us on cost, always finding the best and most equitable way to do the projects and still maintain a superior quality to all their work.
